So your email traffic is getting blocked by the major ISPs but you’re not getting much cooperation from them when it comes to getting unblocked. Then it might be time for you – or whoever is responsible for the email server – to sign up for various Feedback Loops (FBL). Most major ISPs have these loops in place to keep you informed about any complaints against your organization, the reasons for your being blocked, and the process to follow to resolve the situation.
Below I’ve listed a few links that can provide you with valuable information. I highly recommend signing up and taking advantage of the tools they offer.
But simply signing up is not enough: if and when you receive their feedback, make sure to act upon their information and inform the various ISPs of your actions. The sooner you respond, the sooner they will reply back and cooperate with you.

All sites below require the following details in the application:
- your IP range
- your domains
- your network’s contact information: name, contact e-mail and phone
- the e-mail to which the FBL will be sent

Exception:
Gmail: Google / Gmail do not accept white-listing requests nor do they provide feedback loops. They use contact lists in addition to extensive filters to determine what gets delivered to an inbox.
